Megha is a qualified R. 1:40 family law mediator and serves as a Parenting Coordinator. She is also a Middlesex County and Somerset County Family Court Early Settlement Panelist, assisting litigants and the court in evaluating financial and legal issues and working toward informed resolution of contested family law cases.

Megha takes an active leadership role in the New Jersey legal community. She chairs the Middlesex County Bar Association’s Judicial and Prosecutorial Appointments Committee and serves on both the New Jersey State Bar Association Family Law Executive Committee and the Middlesex County Family Law Executive Committee.

Megha is the 2025 recipient of the Edward Schoiffet Family Law Award from the Middlesex County Bar Association, the Martin S.
